As a young professional longing to have a better quality of life, Evangela Masih sold her home in Chico and set out on the life-changing journey to Santa Cruz. Once she arrived in the land of giant redwoods and sandy shores in 2010, Evangela began to lay down roots and get to know her community—which sparked her passion for the real estate market.
Evangela quickly became the neighborhood real estate expert—a skillset and knowledge she happily offers those she works with to make house hunting a breeze. Coming from a background in corporate sales and management experience, Evangela knows how to negotiate and think critically—but also creatively—in order to solve any issue that may come up during the transaction.
To Evangela, real estate is more than just the thrill of making a sale: She wants to build a community. As someone who wakes up every day grateful to live here, Evangela wants her optimism and expertise to help her clients achieve their home dreams. In addition to helping each of her clients find their perfect home, Evangela also helps others through art. As one of the founders of Haven Art Studio, Evangela and her family focus on offering therapeutic and inspirational art and music to the community. She has a passion for local, and it is her mission to grow the music and art scene within Santa Cruz. When she finds time outside of her thriving real estate career and art business, she also owns and manages a short-term rental property and volunteers with many local and international organizations. She lives by the maxim “Always Be Community.”
